The power, storage and infrastructure behind data centres and AI capacity.
Compute demand has turned into an energy problem. Data centre and artificial intelligence capacity is being planned faster than networks can connect it, and in the constrained markets power availability, not land or capital, now sets the pace of development.
That has created a distinct opportunity set: powered land, campus scale generation, behind the meter supply, storage for resilience and load management, and the connection infrastructure that makes a site deliverable. Capital that would not previously have looked at generation is looking at it now, because the offtake counterparty is investment grade and the load is firm.
We review energy opportunities serving digital infrastructure rather than the data centre assets themselves, and we introduce where the power position is evidenced and the site can be delivered on a stated timetable.
Categories of capital, not named relationships. Fit is assessed against stated mandate on a case by case basis.
Tell us the stage, the amount, the instrument and what the capital funds. Where the requirement is defined and the evidence exists, we will tell you quickly whether we can be useful.
If your mandate covers energy for digital infrastructure, set out the criteria you apply. Introductions are made only against them.
