Why we hold it, and the lawful basis
- To assess an opportunity and respond to you. Legitimate interests, being the operation of a capital introduction business, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To identify and make introductions. Legitimate interests, and your consent where personal data is passed to a third party as part of an introduction.
- To maintain records of submissions and introductions. Legitimate interests and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
- To keep the website secure. Legitimate interests in preventing misuse of our forms.
Who we share it with
Where you submit an opportunity and we consider it suitable for introduction, we will discuss with you which capital providers should receive it. We do not disclose your materials to any third party without your agreement to that party.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for marketing purposes. We may share it with our professional advisers, or where required by law or a regulator.
Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under contract, and we make reasonable enquiries as to their security arrangements. Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Opportunity submissions that do not proceed: up to twenty four months, then deleted.
- Opportunities introduced to capital: six years from the end of the engagement, as a record of what was shared and with whom.
- Capital provider mandate details: for as long as the relationship remains active, and for twenty four months afterwards.
- General enquiries: twelve months.
You can ask us to delete your information earlier, and we will unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability where processing is based on consent or contract, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these rights, contact enquiries@julietrose.capital. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.

If you have highly sensitive material, contact us before sending it so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
